This is because of the weight being front-loaded and the more upright position you need to complete the exercise.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-18568\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitfatherproject.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/4953232_orig.jpg\" alt=\"goblet squat\" width=\"250\" height=\"332\" \/>Doing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitfatherproject.com\/deadlifts-for-men-over-40\/?utm_source=blog-post&utm_medium=text-link&utm_term=goblet-squat-tutorial&utm_content=&utm_campaign=ff30x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">exercises that work your quads<\/a> will help you get an excellent overall physique.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\"><strong>It's always good to have your lower body in proportion to your upper body, and making sure you don't have chicken legs!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Also, building strength and endurance in your legs by altering rep ranges will help with many sports and physical activities.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you enjoy skiing, cycling, running, or just walking, this exercise will have positive benefits.<\/p>\n<p>In this tutorial and related video, I'll show you the proper technique of the exercise, so you can complete it with confidence and safety.<\/p>\n<p>Completing the exercise properly will mean the best results for you while avoiding the potential of injury.<\/p>\n<p>There are a couple of variations of this exercise, which I show you in the video.
